What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, the type of enquiry and your message, and any optional details you choose to add, such as your location, time zone, preferred dates, session format, organisation or group size. We also record that you agreed to this notice when you sent the form.
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies, and it does not set cookies of its own.
How we use it
We use your details only to read and reply to your enquiry, and to arrange any work you ask about. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the enquiry form, and on taking the steps you ask for before any agreement is made.
Who else handles it
The website and the enquiry form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores form submissions and sends them to Sam by email. Netlify may process this information in the United States. Your enquiry is also kept in Sam’s email account. Signal Agency, which manages this website for Sam, can also access form submissions, only to keep the form working. We do not share your enquiry with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Videos and links
On the Conversations page, YouTube videos load only when you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Once a video plays, Google’s privacy policy applies. Links to podcasts and articles take you to other websites, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only for as long as we need them to reply to your enquiry and for any work that follows, and then we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or limit or stop how we use it. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of these, email sam@soulpurposeleaders.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
