How the practice works.

  1. Choose the doorway.

    Begin with what is asking for your attention now: your sleep, a relationship, your work, your body, wealth, vision or spirit.

  2. Name what is present.

    Choose the context that is alive for you now, so the transmission can meet the moment you are actually in.

  3. Enter the transmission.

    Let a transmission meet you beneath the momentum of the day.

  4. Notice what shifted.

    Capture what you notice while it is fresh. Not what you think you should feel; what is true for you.

  5. Watch the pattern.

    Over time, see the threads: the choices that become clearer and the places that soften.
